Connect Social
If you’re having trouble connecting your social media account, try the following:
-Sign out the Mandala Analytics system
-Sign out of your social platform account Leave a period of time (about 1 minute, then re-sign in). Sometimes the social platform's API can lag.
-Sign in again to Mandala’s system and connect socials.
To add or remove focus channels open the Edit Campaign windowand scroll down to 3. PLATFORMS AND CHANNELS DETAILS. Additionally, when browsing mentions you can click on the ‘+” Focus Channel button located under the Channel’s profile picture to add the channel. You can view Focus Channel mentions by clicking Focus Channel near the top left on the dashboard.
